Unexplained episodes from everyday life. Season 2. Episode 1. The Paranormal Scam. Part 3.

Adam. He allegedly sailed from the port of Eilat on a ship sailing to Africa.

And suddenly he disappeared …

We and Ariel, his friend, were very upset about this.

We called him many times on Whatsapp.

A rough male voice answered.
“Good afternoon! Please, call Adam!”, we asked.

“Snip-snip”, spoke a voice in the phone and from there came sounds as if a knife was sharpening. “Snip-snip”

“Where is Adam? Please, call him”, we asked again, and in response we heard that the knife began to sharpen even more intensively than before. “Snip-snip”, “Snip-snip”

We were very worried about him, but one day there was a call from an unknown number from the Republic of Chad in Central Africa. And we shuddered with joy when we heard Adam’s voice filled with adrenaline on the phone.

“Hello! Guys, don’t worry, I’m fine, I’m alive and well, I’m in the desert, it’s very beautiful here, I ride across the Sahara in a car with Bedouins.

I boarded a ship sailing to Kenya, to Mombasa in the port of Eilat. I was in a hurry to leave and did not inquire about it. But I should have!

As we sailed away, I was surprised to find that all the sailors on the ship were very large, just huge men from Africa, ranging from 7 to 8 feet tall and weighing over 400 pounds.

The ship was extremely hot, stuffy, and there were absolutely no normal conditions. But these amazing Africans did not even sweat in the sun and each of them drank 40 cans of beer at a time and ate some incredible amount of food, namely cans of stew. They just amazed me, I have never seen such huge people before!

And I got scared when I accidentally saw that they were carrying contraband goods, and a lot of other strange things happened on the ship.

In addition, these giants began to show too much interest in me and I realized that this trip might not end well. And I decided to run.

One day, when the ship was cruising not far from the coast, with the approach of darkness, I made an attempt to bribe the sentry.

He, on reflection, agreed, but asked for a considerable amount in order not to notice my departure – 500 thousand Kenyan shillings.

I wrote him a check and he let me go. And, relying on the will of God and the skill of the freediver, I jumped from the ship into the sea. I swam for a long, very long time, but the sea helped me, I felt its support and I managed to safely swim to the coast, which I could not see in the dark, but it was something like a desert.

I was afraid of poisonous snakes and predatory animals that go hunting in the desert at night and therefore decided to wait for the morning, standing near the water’s edge.

And when the sun rose, I saw an incredibly majestic and endless desert. I realized that it was Sahara. I had no idea where to go and went where my eyes were looking.

I was barefoot, and as the sun approached its zenith, the sand became hotter and more and more burned my feet. So I walked about 25 miles.

In fact, I could have walked a hundred miles and not met anyone, but a real miracle happened, I met Bedouins who decided to take a car ride in the desert.

And they gave me water to drink, gave me clean clothes and I became a participant in their trip, though I don’t know where we are now …

Adam’s voice trembled with indescribable sensations …

And many more people and many more stories …

We just found ourselves in a whirlpool of events taking place with our friends and acquaintances, experiencing them together with them, trying to help them at least with something. And in these conversations day after day, day after day passed, and we did not even think about our own situation and how we ourselves will continue to live.

We wanted to leave the huge and crowded Istanbul, to Antalya, Dalaman or just out of city to calmly think over and analyze the situation, but we were constantly waiting for the arrival of one or another of our friends …

True, we understood that something was wrong here, all these stories were very strange, but until some time we believed them.

Since almost each of them gave in his story such details that no one except us and him and maybe a few more people could have known and because there was no thought in our head that the voice of a familiar person can be spoken not by a human or a robot … Who then? And how?

For a long time we did not realize that we were not talking with these people and not even with people in general, although the timbre and intonation of the voice that we heard from the phone were exactly the same as those of our friends.

But at some point the events they described seemed too incredible to us and we realized that all these conversations were not with real people.

And even now, almost eleven months have passed since our departure, but we have not been able to contact any real person from Eilat.
And the only thing that we understood is that none of them left anywhere and we did not speak to any of them after leaving.

Unexplained episodes from everyday life Season 2. Episode 3. Passing the corona test by paranormal.

More than two months of our stay in Istanbul have passed and we began to think about where to continue our journey.

We approached the central agency of Turkish Airlines in order to inquire about the possibility of a flight to Mexico, but when we stood in line, we got to a nice man – operator, he said to our surprise, “Do not take tickets from us. I will tell you what flights there are, but the prices we have very expensive. It’s better to buy on the Aviasales or Matrix sites”

Much time has passed, but the feeling of amazing warmth and friendliness emanating from many people in Turkey has survived … Thank you, Turkey! … Thank you, Istanbul!

We had to proceed from reality, and since we did not have a definite plan and the opportunity to buy plane tickets online, too, we decided to choose a country – Turkey’s neighbor Bulgaria, where we could get by bus.

We went to the Istanbul bus station, and it turned out to be so huge that we were even somewhat at a loss where to find the ticket offices we needed and asked the Turks standing there. They were interested in where we are going to go.

“To Bulgaria” – we answered. For some reason they were delighted and began to loudly chant and repeat “Bulgaristan, Bulgaristan, Bulgaristan!” Surprisingly emotional and cheerful people in Turkey!

We contacted the Ministry of Health of Bulgarian Republic and we were told that in order to enter the country, it is necessary to do a coronavirus test.

We took a look at clinics and hospitals in our area that provided these services and read many disappointing comments.

This strained us very much, as did the thought of going to the hospital.

We began to ask the owner of the apartment Khalil and the workers from the hotel opposite where it is better to take the test and finally decided and chose a hospital.

And then came the day of taking the test. We had to wait in line, but the analysis was successfully passed and the next day, we just as safely collected negative test results.

We asked Khalil to order a taxi for us in the morning and in the evening began to prepare for departure. The bus leaves in the morning.

I was packing my things, and my son found an apartment in the city of Varna (Bulgaria) on Booking.com and waited for confirmation of the reservation, which was to come to my email, for quite a long time … around two hours.

It was already 11.30pm, and I could not resist and said “Let’s sleep!”

And we are already going to implement this idea, but I still decided to look at the email again.

And … that’s the way it is … I think I was expecting … something like that … a letter from the hospital where we passed corona tests.

The letter is in Turkish, I am setting it into the translator. Immediately it flashes in my head that, firstly, they did not ask us for email in the hospital, and secondly, the hospital is open until 5:00 PM, and the time is already half past eleven at night …

I read the text, which is rather chaotic. I quote it in full as the app translated it:

“We are very sorry for confusing and disturbing you. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone, so you forced us to find other ways to communicate with the police. We found a mistake in your test. You must come to us before noon. Tomorrow at 10 am you will be banned from leaving the country and wanted by the police system. If you do not show up, a police officer will be authorized to arrest and quarantine you and your relative.
I’m sorry for disturbing you”
Mehmal Otoyul-Ali, a Medical Specialist

“This is again some kind of nonsense” – I say to my son, “Let’s sleep better, get up early in the morning”

Literally at the same second, there was a knock on the door.

The son looked through the peephole and turned pale.

“It’s a cop” – he whispered softly.

We tailed off and decided to wait a bit. The one who was outside the door knocked to Khalil, his door was next to ours and they talked about something for a long time.

When we heard that the “policeman” had left, we opened the door and saw Khalil standing in the corridor.

The son asked him who was coming. He said that a policeman came and asked if people from the region from which he had never had any guests in this apartment, and the policeman also said that allegedly a nurse of some hospital testified that her boss had put pressure on her and made her to write negative test results to people who tested positive because they bribed the boss.

Here we were completely dumbfounded.

After all, how can you prove that we have no corona and that we did not bribe?

And once again an alarming sleepless night followed …

In the morning a taxi arrived and we went to the bus station, not fully understanding how it would all end, although inside did not leave the feeling that this were again already known to us … tricks … not related to other people …

There were no obstacles to travel either on the road, at the bus station, or on the border.

At the entrance to Bulgarian Republic, when our turn came to the customs officer, we proudly handed him the cherished pieces of paper we had received with such torment.

“What is this?” – the officer asked

“Tests for coronavirus” – we answered

“We DO NOT NEED them!”

He smiled and said that the presence of PCR tests from us, as from those who are entering from Turkey, is absolutely not required!

THIS STORY WAS ALSO A SPECTACLE!

Season 2. Episode 2. Istanbul. Scary tales told at night … Part 1. “Prophecy” on the alarm clock.

After a few moves, we settled in the very heart of Istanbul next to Taksim Square, a two-minute walk from Istiklal Street.

We loved this place and the welcoming friendly attention of the owner of the apartment, Khalil, and the sincere disposition of the housekeeper Zuleikha.

On Friday afternoon, when my son and I were about to go for a walk, as usual in anticipation of the arrival of our friends, an alarm clock suddenly rang on the phone, which none of us had set.

“You need to leave, there’s less than a week … you need to go to North America” - the creeping line on the top of the alarm clock said “prophetically”. By the way, how it is possible to write anything there is still not clear to me.

We did not know how to react to this warning, who wrote it, is it true or false.

We thought …

Why do we have to leave within a week, what can happen?

Unclear. There was no explanation.

“As for North America, it’s not easy, we don’t have a visa to the US. Maybe it makes sense for us to go to Antalya?”, I asked my son.

“In my opinion, this is not a stupid thought” – he responded and dialed the number of Turkish airlines.

“Good afternoon, please tell me the flights to Antalya in the coming days and the price of tickets.” – he asked.

“Oh, you called on time, you know that we now have special discounts on the flight to Tucson, I myself recently flew round trip for $ 500. And I’m just delighted with this trip!” – we heard the voice of the “operator” from the phone.

“We need a flight to Antalya, not Tucson. We do not have an American visa.”

“Oh, do you need a transatlantic flight?” – the operator asked …

Amazing! It was as if he didn’t hear us or didn’t want to understand, imposing on us the thought expressed in the creeping line of the alarm clock.

What does that mean? Was it a real Turkish Airlines operator? Or not?

We looked at each other with surprise and at that moment heard another alarm clock ringing that we also have not set.

I grabbed my phone and read a new note on the creeping line:

“You can stay in Istanbul longer, but do not walk in crowded places. You are not in Turkey, you are on your way to North America. You do not need to go to Antalya.”

Why? I don’t know, we didn’t understand. But we didn’t go.

Exactly one week has passed since that message and the clearly marked at the first ring of the alarm clock day and hour has come …

We walked our favorite route across Istiklal Street to the beautiful white bridge over the Golden Horn to admire the beautiful view while awaiting the “arrival” of our friends.

We stood on the bridge and headed back, as usual discussing our business, or rather not even our business, but those extraordinary events that we thought were happening to our friends and acquaintances.

And we were already on Istiklal Street, when all of a sudden my son says to me in a frightened way:

“Some strange guy has been walking behind us all the way for two hours and constantly takes pictures of us, don’t look at him and pretend that you haven’t noticed anything.”
